Abstract
У статті детально розглянуто значення мультимедійних технологій у процесі фізичного виховання та їх вплив на підвищення ефективності сучасного навчання. Автор аналізує поняття «мультимедіа» як інтерактивну систему, яка поєднує різні типи інформації – текст, графіку, звук, анімацію та відео – і дозволяє створити новий, більш продуктивний формат навчання. Підкреслюється, що використання мультимедіа дозволяє емоційно сприймати матеріал, полегшує розуміння складних рухових дій, а також долає обмеження традиційних форм занять, які не завжди дають можливість наочно продемонструвати техніку виконання вправ.
Description
The article examines in detail the importance of multimedia technologies in the process of physical education and their impact on increasing the effectiveness of modern education. The author analyzes the concept of "multimedia" as
an interactive system that combines different types of information - text, graphics, sound, animation and video - and allows creating a new, more productive learning format. It is emphasized that the use of multimedia allows you to emotionally perceive the material, facilitates the understanding of complex motor actions, and also overcomes the limitations of traditional forms of classes, which do not always provide an opportunity to visually demonstrate the technique of performing exercises.
