Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of forming communicative requirements for a modern specialist, presents social and communicative competences, and forms the components of communicative competence. The peculiarities of communication barriers are investigated. The essence of the concepts of «communication», «communication», «communication barrier», «speech etiquette», «communication etiquette» in the general sense and as terms of the professional sphere is considered. The article presents professionally important moral, ethical and volitional communication qualities of a modern specialist.
